U.S. Employee HR policies will continue based on existing 2025 elections through the end of the year. This includes legacy Interpublic HR policies, which remain in place for the remainder of the year (unless changes are communicated by managers).
2026 HR policies will take effect for all employees on January 1, 2026. More details on these policies will be provided in an Employee Handbook, which will be distributed by your leadership.
